Results//

Fidelitas worked with Office1, a leading Managed IT and Document Services Provider, to redesign their homepage in a way that both enhanced the user experience and increased lead generation. The new design allows visitors to move about the site more easily while including prominent calls to action on both the desktop and mobile versions, and has increased organic traffic by 15%. An added cherry to the proverbial sundae is the Net Promoter Score scoreboard that Fidelitas designed and implemented to help Office1 build trust with prospective customers.
