Fidelitas worked with Seirus to improve its Magento 2 site with a complete redesign of the home page that’s optimized for user experience on both desktop and mobile. We’ve also debugged several other issues, saving their internal team from a multitude of recurring customer service headaches. We also implemented best practices for Conversion Rate Optimization, leading to a 54% increase in the site’s conversion rate and a 689% jump in revenue, coupled with a 49% increase in average order value.

FIdelitas migrated Seirus from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, a more robust email marketing platform, and developed several automations including a welcome series, win-back campaign, and cart- and browse-abandonment flows. These, coupled with continued optimization and compelling copy and subject lines, led to a 690% increase in Revenue and a 800% increase in transactions originating from email.
